Evergreen Digital Solution is developing and managing this web portal and mobile application on behalf of Shree Vishwa Raghuwanshi Lohana Samaj for Lohana Samaj members across the world. The portal enables members to connect socially, build professional networks, develop business relationships, and find suitable marital partners within the Lohana community.

By creating an account on this portal, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms are legally binding on all registered users.

Only individuals belonging to the Lohana Samaj who are 18 years of age or older, residing anywhere in the world, are eligible to register. Members of other communities or religions are not permitted to register on this portal.
Every member must upload a profile photograph and a valid government-issued identity document (with address) for identification and to prove their affiliation with the Lohana Samaj before their account can be approved.
Women born in the Lohana community, even if married into other communities, may register on the portal by submitting their parents' identity cards as proof of their Lohana origin.
Evergreen Digital Solution owns and manages this portal. Evergreen may enter into or terminate agreements with the VRLS Trust or any other Lohana organization at its discretion.
Registration and use of the portal are currently free of charge. However, Evergreen Digital Solution reserves the right to charge membership fees in the future to cover operating costs.
If the VRLS Trust or any Lohana organization enters into an agreement with Evergreen Digital Solution, membership fees may be imposed on users as per the terms of that agreement.
Obscene language, photographs, videos, or any uncivilized content are strictly prohibited. Evergreen Digital Solution may suspend or terminate the profile of any member who violates this rule and may take appropriate legal action.
Members must not post content that is offensive to the Lohana community, other religions, or religious leaders. Evergreen Digital Solution may suspend or terminate such profiles and take legal action where necessary.
Political posts that are not related to the Lohana Samaj, or content that is against any political party or public figure, are prohibited. Evergreen Digital Solution reserves the right to suspend or terminate such accounts.
Members may not use the portal to promote or advertise external products, services, or commercial firms. Violation of this rule is grounds for account termination.
Evergreen Digital Solution is not responsible for any marital relationship formed through this portal. Members must conduct their own investigation and verification before entering into any matrimonial arrangement.
This portal is intended for social and professional connection among Lohana Samaj members. Any financial or business transaction between members is entirely their personal responsibility.
Members may not use the portal to appeal for donations on behalf of any Mahajan or organization without prior authorization.
Only organizations that have entered into a specific agreement with Evergreen Digital Solution may use the portal for authorized donation or fundraising purposes.
Evergreen Digital Solution reserves the right to display advertisements of domestic and foreign firms on the portal and mobile application as a source of income.
These terms and conditions may be revised in the future based on agreements entered into between the VRLS Trust and Evergreen Digital Solution.
Evergreen Digital Solution reserves the right to modify, update, or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
The web portal and mobile application are fully owned by Evergreen Digital Solution, which may enter into long-term agreements with other Lohana organizations for its management and operation.
All services provided through this portal are legally binding under the laws of India. The courts of Bhavnagar District, Gujarat State, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal matters arising from the use of this portal.

Evergreen Digital Solution શ્રી વિશ્વ રઘુવંશી લોહાણા સમાજની ખાતર વિશ્વભરના લોહાણા સમાજના સભ્યો માટે આ વેબ પોર્ટલ અને મોબાઇલ એપ્લિકેશન વિકસાવી અને સંચાલિત કરી રહી છે. આ પોર્ટલ સભ્યોને સામાજિક રીતે જોડાવા, વ્યાવસાયિક નેટવર્ક બનાવવા, વ્યવસાયિક સંબંધો વિકસાવવા અને લોહાણા સમાજમાં યોગ્ય વિવાહ જીવનસાથી શોધવા માટે સક્ષમ બનાવે છે.

આ પોર્ટલ પર એકાઉન્ટ બનાવીને, તમે નીચેના નિયમો અને શરતોનું પાલન કરવા સહમત થાઓ છો. આ શરતો બધા નોંધાયેલા ઉપયોગકર્તાઓ માટે કાયદેસર રીતે બંધનકર્તા છે.

લોહાણા સમાજમાં જન્મેલી મહિલાઓ, ભલેને અન્ય સમાજમાં પરણિત થયેલી હોય, પોતાના માતા-પિતાના ઓળખપત્ર રૂપે પુરાવા રજૂ કરીને પોર્ટલ પર નોંધણી કરી શકે છે.
Evergreen Digital Solution આ પોર્ટલનું માલિકી અને સંચાલન કરે છે. Evergreen તેની વિવેકબુદ્ધિ પ્રમાણે VRLS ટ્રસ્ટ અથવા અન્ય કોઈ પણ લોહાણા સંસ્થા સાથે કરાર કરી અથવા સમાપ્ત કરી શકે છે.
પોર્ટલની નોંધણી અને ઉપયોગ હાલમાં નિઃશુલ્ક છે. જો કે, ચાલુ ખર્ચ ઉઠાવવા માટે Evergreen Digital Solution ભવિષ્યમાં સભ્યપદ ફી લેવાનો અધિકાર રાખે છે.
જો VRLS ટ્રસ્ટ અથવા કોઈ પણ લોહાણા સંસ્થા Evergreen Digital Solution સાથે કરાર કરે, તો તે કરારની શરતો અનુસાર ઉપયોગકર્તાઓ પર સભ્યપદ ફી લાગુ કરી શકાય છે.
અશ્લીલ ભાષા, ફોટોગ્રાફ, વીડિયો અથવા કોઈ પણ અસભ્ય સામગ્રી સંપૂર્ણપણે પ્રતિબંધિત છે. આ નિયમનું ઉલ્લંઘન કરનાર સભ્યનું પ્રોફાઇલ Evergreen Digital Solution દ્વારા સસ્પેન્ડ અથવા સમાપ્ત કરી શકાય છે અને યોગ્ય કાયદાકીય પગલાં લઈ શકાય છે.
સભ્યોને લોહાણા સમાજ, અન્ય ધર્મો અથવા ધાર્મિક નેતાઓને અપમાનિત કરતી સામગ્રી પોસ્ટ કરવી પ્રતિબંધિત છે. Evergreen Digital Solution આવા પ્રોફાઇલો સસ્પેન્ડ અથવા સમાપ્ત કરી શકે છે અને જરૂર પડે તો કાયદાકીય પગલાં લઈ શકે છે.
લોહાણા સમાજ સંબંધિત ન હોય તેવી રાજકીય પોસ્ટો અથવા કોઈ પણ રાજકીય પાર્ટી કે જાહેર વ્યક્તિ સામે વિરોધી સામગ્રી પ્રતિબંધિત છે. Evergreen Digital Solution આવા એકાઉન્ટ્સ સસ્પેન્ડ અથવા સમાપ્ત કરવાનો અધિકાર રાખે છે.
સભ્યો પોર્ટલનો ઉપયોગ બાહ્ય ઉત્પાદનો, સેવાઓ અથવા વાણિજ્યિક સંસ્થાઓના પ્રચાર અથવા જાહેરાત માટે કરી શકતા નથી. આ નિયમનું ઉલ્લંઘન એકાઉન્ટ સમાપ્તિનું કારણ બની શકે છે.

Evergreen Digital Solution પોર્ટલ અને મોબાઇલ એપ્લિકેશન પર આવક મેળવવા માટે સ્થાનિક અને વિદેશી સંસ્થાઓની જાહેરાતો દર્શાવવાનો અધિકાર રાખે છે.
VRLS ટ્રસ્ટ અને Evergreen Digital Solution વચ્ચે થતા કરારોના આધારે ભવિષ્યમાં આ નિયમો અને શરતોમાં સુધારો કરી શકાય છે.
Evergreen Digital Solution આ નિયમો અને શરતોમાં કોઈ પણ સમયે પૂર્વ સૂચના વિના ફેરફાર, અપડેટ અથવા સુધારો કરવાનો અધિકાર રાખે છે.
વેબ પોર્ટલ અને મોબાઇલ એપ્લિકેશનની સંપૂર્ણ માલિકી Evergreen Digital Solution પાસે છે, જે અન્ય લોહાણા સંસ્થાઓ સાથે લાંબા ગાળાના સંચાલન કરાર કરી શકે છે.
આ પોર્ટલ દ્વારા પ્રદાન કરવામાં આવતી બધી સેવાઓ ભારતના કાયદા હેઠળ કાયદેસર રીતે બંધનકર્તા છે. આ પોર્ટલના ઉપયોગથી ઉદ્ભવતા કોઈ પણ કાયદાકીય મામલામાં ભાવનગર જિલ્લાની કોર્ટ, ગુજરાત રાજ્ય, ભારતની વિશિષ્ટ અધિકારક્ષેત્ર હશે.
